Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you?Your initial consultation is FREE!!!, if you live within 50 miles of our base location. If we travel outside of the 50 mile radius there will be an upfront fee of $75 dollars which will credited to your account should you book our services. Payments are to be made via Paypal.
How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event?
I will be on site for the entire day of your wedding.
Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff?I have two assistants who are always present theday of coordination.
Can I afford a Bridal Consultant for my wedding day?
Absolutely!!! A wedding consultant is part of your budget, not an extra expense. You often save money because a consultant suggests less expensive alternatives, focal points, and creative dyi's that still enhance your wedding day. Consultants can often at times obtain discounts from suppliers.
How many consultants will be scheduled for my day?
Typically there are at least two of us on site. I will always have an assistant with me. We both will arrive at the ceremony location together. Once the bride walks down the aisle, one consultant will leave and go to the reception location to follow up on the reception details of each vendor before the guest arrive. The other consultant will remain at the ceremony until it is over, and will then go over to the reception site to help finish setting up any last minute details.
What happens after I contact Simply Lavish Weddings & Events?
Once we receive your request for information either by telephone or email, you will be contacted within 48 hours to set up a complimentary consultation. You will receive a consultation worksheet via email which you will return prior to our meeting by email (this enables us to properly prepare for your consultation).
The complimentary consultation will last one approximately one hour. After the consultation we will submit a written proposal outlining our services that best fit your needs based on information you provided and we discussed.
If you're decision is to hire Simply Lavish Weddings & Events you will pay your non-refundable retainer fee which will reserve your date and contracts will be signed (fee depending on package selection).
This will officially begin our client/planner relationship which I can assure you will be a Simply Lavish experience!
